Coach Frances grew up in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She began her volleyball career playing club when she was just 5 years old and received private training until the age of During her Sophomore year of High School she received a scholarship to play as the Outside Hitter for the 1 ranked High School volleyball team on the island. She won the equivalent of 2 State Championships, and was voted as Captain of her club team for two consecutive years.

She also received a scholarship to play as Libero for the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and then moved on to play as the starting Libero for a Semi-Pro team on the island. Cassidy grew up in Fort Myers, Florida where she began her volleyball career at the age of 10 and received private training. She played throughout middle school and attended Riverdale High school and later on transferred to Heritage High School where she was a standout on her varsity team as a Libero.

I started coaching younger girls in my final years of high school and continued to coach after moving to the United States.
